BEC Trust Deed Service was established in 1993, as a division of Benevest Escrow, a subsidiary of Beneficial Finance Corporation.

In December of 1995, JLM Corporation purchased BEC from Beneficial and BEC joined the family of affiliated companies under the Lender Services Division of Orange Coast Title Company.

On September 8, 1997, BEC changed their name to Integrated Lender Services to more accurately identify itself with the direction of the industry and our commitment to offering improved services and technology to our clients.

Integrated Lender Services now provides services to institutional lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys, banks, credit unions and private investors.  Our commitment to personalized service, teamwork, innovation and technology sets us apart and remains the focus of our day to day operations.
